Comfort Hotel Goeteborg - Gothenburg

The bed was especially uncomfortable !

Good beds, great location and view. Breakfast ok, there was only plain coffee and rather English breakfast.

Bathroom equipment lean, only washing gel available, but a good hair dryer.

We lived with 4 women (every 30 years) in a family room and were very pleased. Sauna, breakfast and late check out included. Very nice bar, which is not too expensive for Sweden. We are also very pleased that there is a donation for unicef, if you don't have your room cleaned for one day!

Nothing to complain about, really. Positive throughout. Good WiFi throughout the house.

- we would have wished that we could regulate the heating ourselves and open a window for fresh air. - It was also a pity that at breakfast our fresh, still untouched food was cleared away when we had a short coffee break.

Greatly enjoyed fast check-in and late check-out. Private parking was an advantage, although it cost me gbp 21 per day to get a lot...

Having overslept because the alarm clock in our room showed the wrong time, we were pleased that the staff were so accommodating in still letting us have some breakfast outside the official hours. That was particularly enjoyable not just for the food but also for the fourth-floor view over the harbour area.

Massive spaces and underfloor heating

We had a pleasant stay and would recomand this hotel to others. This property was wonderful, with very good service and incredible location in the centre of Gothenburg. The room they gave us was silent and large. The atmosphere created was family. The breakfasts were varied and marvellous.

Cleaning frequency is unacceptable!!! I expected more than just occasional towel changes. A daily freshening up is the norm!!! The confusing room layouts need immediate improvements for easier navigation!!!

It's very close to downtown, only takes 5-8mins by walking.

There is a nightclub just on the ooposite of the street and it's a littile bit noisy during the night. And the breakfast is quiet basic, it will be great if you serve more and various food.

Nice, functional, clean and friendly. Well situated for access to the main city centre and the old town, and close to main road links.

Getting conned out of 100Kr by the receptionist for parking in the car park outside when it would have cost 10kr if I'd just put money in the machine instead. Poor show.

We explored the nearby port and took a ferry ride. The location was perfect for walks, and the breakfast spread was amazing with plenty of options. A great base for sightseeing and really good value. Don't miss the rooftop bar next time!

Friendly and helpful reception staff.

No aircon and with the windows open you got noise from the restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
